CURRENTLY UNDER WAY >>>>>>>>>>>

Burswood International Resort. Our first five projects for Buswood have just commenced in early September 2011, a combination of projects that include works to The Grand Ballroom, The Botanical Room, the Main foyer to the Convention Centre, The Wardrobe department and The Holiday Inn.

FESA (Fire and Emergency Services Australia) Trademark are donning our wellies and wetties to undertake two projects for the Armadale and Murdoch Fire Stations, both of them ironically "wet areas" for the crews to use.

Curtin University:  Our first job for the University has yet to commence but remains in the programme to commence over the next week. Two laboratories are to be refurbished and re-equipped to a very high specification set by the University and architects MPS

Franca and Salem (Private project)

October:

 Queen Street: Stage 2

Steel and glass completed stage 2 of this project as the canopy to the exterior of the building provided the crowning of the project. Working with specialists “Glasshouse Conservatories” the clients desire for a modernisation of the front façade combined with the practicalities of an under cover walkway to their car park reached fruition. The tired building has been rejuvenated and will doubtlessly stand proud for several decades.

 Exoro

Glenn determined to move his business up a level and having selected new premises in Subiaco asked Trademark Commercial Interiors to provide the working environment that reflected the purpose, quality and style of his mining service company.

Once again, Trademark Commercial Interiors understood the clients need for future flexibility and recommended the use of real walls that you can move; an innovative product provided by our friends at Freiberg Australia. Extended electrical and data services provided by SJ Electrics, flooring by Malco and mechanical works by Burke Air delivered a very smart and functional working environment that can be amended and/or extended as and when Glenn’s business has a need.

Glenn commented; “..thank you for the support, service and great work your company provided to me in a stressful time of establishing an office premises for a new business”

August 2010

Trademark Commercial Interiors moved to new premises to accomodate new growth for our Commercial Interiors business. Our new facilities mean we can offer our clients more suitable surroundings to discuss their projects and ideas.

South Perth Apartment Complex: Stage 1

Trademark Constructions, our sister company had previously undertaken work for the same client, installing a swimming pool and leisure deck area. On the basis of the excellent work completed, the residents asked if we would care to help with the refurbishment of their lobby areas

With more than the odd surprise along the way the project demanded a huge range of trades and skills to be coordinated. The requirements grew as we headed to the outdoor area where our refurbishment work extended to plastering, texturing, painting, paving, tiling, balustrading and even landscaping. The end result is that the building is barely recognisable at ground level with the facelift providing a completely refreshed look and feel.

Trevor Crotty (resident spokesperson) said "Hats off to you; persistence paid off ....in spades"

July 2010

 Bovis Lendlease:

Invited by Bovis to assist with their Insurance claim work to commercial premises damaged by the horrendous storm Perth endured, Trademark Commercial Interiors set about site visits to several commercial premises and provided reports and quotations for the necessary repairs.

The jobs were many and varied: Trademark Constructions, our sister company was well able to meet the external needs for each of the client’s premises and in combination with our internal commercial fit-out team, were able to deliver water tight and suitably refurbished interiors to shops, offices and factories alike.

 June:

 McCusker Alzheimer's Research Foundation Inc

Invited to provide a quotation by MPS Architects for the commercial fit-out of McCuskers new facilities at The Hollywood Hospital, the brief was to accommodate a combination of offices and consulting rooms to assist them in their continuing journey to help find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease.

With only a shell to work within, Trademark Commercial Interiors sought the most competitive prices from their suppliers and tradespeople to achieve the best outcomes in terms of value and quality. Providing all services, cabinet works, flooring walls and ceilings the end result hit the mark.

Judy Edwards (CEO) said “It was a race against time and budget but Bob, Steve and their contractors met and exceeded our expectations; we are delighted with our new and beautifully appointed premises and hope we can work Trademark again on our next project later this year”

 May:

 Polytechnic West: Wellington Street

Trademark Commercial Interiors first engagement with Poly West, their preferred architects, MPS and with Programmed Facility Management, Trademark were invited to tender on the project and happily won!

The refurbishment of offices to suit the teaching requirements of the college involved a spread of trades under the guidance of Trademark Commercial Interiors. Working to a firm deadline, Trademark employed a flexible approach that resulted in a cooperative working environment that had the job completed in time for inspection and instant operation.

Parrish Smith ( PFM Project Manager) commented “Steve did his thing! He got the guys energised and ‘Made it happen’ as he does. When the furniture arrived ahead of schedule things could have become difficult but Steve got the guys to work around it and without too much fuss!”

April 2010

Ascend Business Technology

Our design brief came from Fiona at “Revive Design” as did the colour scheme. We designed the work and rest space to suit the businesses current and anticipated needs

Having confirmed the budget Trademark Commercial Interiors engaged the trades to make the project happen on time, successfully creating an environment that suits the modern techie look and feel that was required.

Jason says..."Given that the new premises was our biggest investment to date, we really wanted to make a statement without spending too much..the result works well, looks the part and didn't break the bank."

 Astro Resources:

Growth pains prompted Astro to call us; just a couple of extra offices and a server cupboard with power and data and a lick of paint…not hard but needed quickl A small job we were able to fit in at short notice.

Lucy commented “it was the service we received that we liked the most, Bob drew us a plan that did the job and the tradies were a pleasure to have in the place; when we’re ready, it’ll be Trademark Commercial Interiors that we’ll call first”

March 2010

TCMC P/L was Trademark Commercial Interiors very first commercial interior fit-out.  Nick wanted real walls he could move at a later date if his needs changed.

Trademark planned the layout and engaged Freiberg Australia to supply and construct the partitions and SJ Electrics to fulfil the data and electrical requirements.

Nick “Nick from Primal Sales Training (www.primalsalestraining.com.au) said "our fit-out was only small but Trademark delivered service that one might expect is reserved for bigger jobs. Bob listened to what I needed and delivered all I wanted at a cost way below his competitors"
