Civil Engineering Consultants, Tabec Pty Ltd, purchased the old Perth Licensing Centre in East Perth with the intention of refurbishing the building to accommodate their business. The growth of their business demanded increased floor space, larger offices, reception area and Board Room as well as expanded utility areas such as kitchen and washroom facilities as part of the fit out.

Trademark made significant changes to the facade and front entry to the building thus creating larger interior areas and the perfect environment for the growing staff requirements.
