McCusker Foundation Laboratories and Patient Care facility
Previously used for a telecommunications company, there was little that was suitable for the new and very specific purposes of the Foundation. The ceilings were 3.5 metres high and the floor area divided into offices and call centre.
Our brief was to strip and convert the premises while retaining as much as we could that could be reused to minimise the budget.
Our teams of sub contractors included most trades from demolition to security with all points in between required to deliver consulting rooms, laboratories, offices, staff amenities and an open plan workstation area for the team of researchers and administrative personnel.
Extraordinary equipment had to be accommodated including emergency deluge shower facilities and power supplies for the strictly temperature controlled freezer units.
The final product is one Trademark Commercial Interiors are exceptionally proud to have been associated with and represents the total service package we are keen to deliver
