The premises were of bare concrete and so presented a blank canvas for us to undertake a total fit out that included frontage, walls, ceilings, floor covering and partitions as well as services that included hydraulics, mechanical, electrics and data.
We also provided and installed cabinetry to specification in the offices, reception area and staff amenities along with glazing and decoration to all areas.
Working to a strict time line dictated by their previous premises being made unavailable to them, we managed the project programme to provide a finished facility for a VIP opening.
