Having established the best use of space for the two available floors of the building we set about allocation of specific work and rest areas and from that developed the services requirement for the immediate and future needs of the business most specifically air conditioning, electrical and data as well as plumbing to their kitchen area.
Because there was a possibility that the layout may need to change over time, we engaged Freiberg Australia who have a range of relocatable partitions that accommodated the main office as well as the workstations.
Fabric covered the partitions also added to the acoustic dampening that was required as the premises have high ceilings and hard walls. Unusually for commercial premises and because of the acoustic requirements, we also applied underlay to the floor area beneath the carpet. Colours were selected to compliment the brand and the final delivered perfectly against our brief.
