Carlisle TAFE
This Project was staged over 6 months as a result of the Government Training Infrastructure Investment For Tomorrow Program through the offices of Programmed Facility Management.
Carlisle TAFE's brief to Trademark was to up-grade the 30 year old buildings and include the addition of new class rooms, tool store room, extension of the workshop and site works.
As all workshops and areas were occupied for the duration of the 6 month project, a detailed and comprehensive OH&S safety management plan was created and adhered to for the 6 month duration of the project.
This project required a large asbestos removal program and this was carried out to the full requirements of class 2 demolition and work safe procedures.
